UX Content Designer – 12-Month FTC

Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Content Designer on a 12 Month FTC. You will lead copy and tone across apps and websites, shaping digital experiences for customers.

Work in a hybrid model with product teams, research insights, and metrics to refine conversations that help customers accomplish tasks. A minimum 5 years in UX writing or content design is preferred, with experience in financial services being a plus.
