Job Description

The Scottish Government is seeking a User Researcher to join the Census Programme in Edinburgh. You will design end-to-end, user-centred services and work with teams across operations, statistics, policy, communications, finance and procurement.

A key focus is collaborating with census offices across the UK to inform service design for households in Scotland. You will plan, design and undertake user research activities, contribute to inclusive and accessible services, and advocate for user needs
