Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland seeks a Dispatcher to support urgent care services across Fife, coordinating with the MDT and senior clinicians to ensure smooth, safe patient care. The role involves working on a four-week rota and flexing hours between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, with potential holiday coverage.

Applicants should have healthcare setting experience, medical terminology knowledge, and solid computer skills, plus good knowledge of Fife geography.
