Urgent Care Dispatcher – Fast-Paced Health Role

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Dispatcher to join the UCSF team, coordinating urgent care services across Fife. You will liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient service delivery and maintain operations within established processes.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience, familiarity with medical terminology, solid computer skills, and strong knowledge of Fife geography. Rotas are four weeks rolling with a 08:00-18:00 weekday window.
