Mountain Warehouse in Pitlochry is seeking a UK Team Leader to guide a retail team and deliver outstanding service on a busy shop floor. You will drive coaching, training and mentoring, ensuring everyone stays motivated while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

With a permanent full-time contract, you will lead health and safety, visual merchandising, and open/close duties, striving to exceed sales targets and build a welcoming community-focused store.
