Job Description

Johnson Controls is seeking a UK Service Manager – HVAC to lead and grow UK HVAC service operations, owning the circa £10M P&L, and ensuring profitable delivery for Aberdeen and Basildon sites. You will drive growth across Oil & Gas, Commercial Marine, and Naval/Defence while maintaining safety and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership in complex environments, strong commercial focus, and the ability to develop high-performing teams in a multi-site setting.
