Job Description

BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited is seeking a Control Centre Team Leader – UK to oversee day-to-day operations of the UK Control Centre, ensuring safe and efficient monitoring of BESS, wind and solar assets.

You will lead a small team, set priorities, and coordinate with internal teams and service providers. You will also drive improvements in processes, maintain HSE compliance, and collaborate with other control centres to share knowledge and raise performance.
