Role:  Care & Support Workers

Salary: £11.15 – £11.56 per hour

Location: Alloa, FK10 2HX

Job type: Permanent /Part Time 16-18.5 hrs

Trust has an exciting opportunity for two Care and Support Workers to join our team in our Housing with Care development in West Lodge Gardens, Alloa.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: –

Competitive hourly rate of £11.15 – £11.56

16-18.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between 7.30am & 10pm

What we’re looking for in our Care & Support Workers:

Our housing care service at West Lodge Gardens provides housing support, personal care and a meals service. You’ll be working with our tenants to ensure that they receive the support and personal care identified in individual care plans, making it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.

Care & Support Skills and Experience:

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
