  • Balanced Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Booking: Secure the best accommodations and transportation for clients
  • Client Engagement: Gather trip details, manage bookings, and provide unparalleled service
  • Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate with partners to perfect travel arrangements
  • Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed schedules and final travel documents for seamless trips
  • Quality Assurance: Reconfirm arrangements to ensure every experience exceeds expectations
  • Real-Time Support: Address client and driver needs throughout their journey
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to enhance future tours

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • A structured and methodical approach to work with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay cool under pressure
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Scottish and Irish tourism (not essential)
