Trauma-Informed Support Worker – Homelessness Outreach

Job Description

Simon Community Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people experiencing homelessness, addiction, trauma and mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to empower individuals toward safe housing and access to essential resources.

You will work as part of a team and with partners to coordinate care, offering practical and emotional support, and adopting harm-reduction approaches to improve outcomes and resilience.
