Trauma-Informed Residential Support Worker

Job Description

Greenleaf House is seeking an Through-care Support Worker in Lockerbie to join a dedicated team delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed care to young people up to 21 years old. The role includes 14-hour shifts with a 10-hour sleepover, and a 2 days on/3 days off pattern, in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have residential children’s home experience, SVQ 3 and an HNC in social care, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a solid understanding of safeguarding.
