Trauma-Informed Residential Support Worker

Job Description

Greenleaf House is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Biggar to join a therapeutic, trauma-informed care team. You’ll help care for young people up to 21 in a small residential setting, following our values of integrity, compassion and respect.

The role involves 14-hour shifts with sleepovers and a 2-on/3-off pattern. Applicants should have residential care experience, SVQ 3 and ideally an HNC in social care, plus a full UK driving licence and PVG eligibility.
