Trauma-Informed Outreach for Care-Experienced Youth

Job Description

Barnardo’s Highland Services is seeking a dedicated support worker to walk alongside care-experienced young people as they transition into adulthood, delivering holistic, home- and community-based support across the Highland area.

You will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and will apply trauma-informed practice to build trusting relationships, empower independence, and promote safeguarding in a multidisciplinary team.
