City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Community Care Assistant to join the Assessment and Care Management service in Edinburgh. You will work in a fast-paced team managing referrals, assessments and reviews, using a person-centred approach to promote independence.

The role involves undertaking statutory tasks such as assessments, risk assessments, carers’ assessments and direct support to service users, with supervision and training provided.
