We’re searching for a Transport Coordinator to oversee import and export road shipments, ensuring seamless transport solutions and top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate import and export road shipments from start to finish
- Provide competitive pricing and transport solutions
- Keep clients informed with proactive updates and problem-solving
- Ensure job files are processed smoothly within the TMS
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle billing, paperwork, and compliance with industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Road freight experience required
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset
- Good with numbers and computer literate
- Eager to learn and grow in the industry
- Prior experience in European and domestic road freight (bonus)
