Job Description

Training Specialist role:

  • Deliver face to face and remote training across the Greater Glasgow & Clyde region.
  • Support implementation and rollout activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical users following go live.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
  • Troubleshoot basic user and workflow issues during implementation.
  • Build strong working relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and project stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Previous experience delivering healthcare or diagnostic training.
  • Strong implementation or rollout experience within healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Confident using digital training tools and systems.

Location

This role is field based at our client’s sites across Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You must live in or near Glasgow to be considered for the position. You must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Salary

Between £185 £240 per day PAYE, or £230 £300 per day Umbrella (inside IR35).

Contract Length

6 month contract basis.
