Location: Plains, Airdrie
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience

We are a well-established door systems company based in Plains, Airdrie, and are looking to recruit a Trainee Spray Painter to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous spray painting experience, or for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn a new trade. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing doors and components for painting
• Operating spray painting equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring a high-quality finish on all products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with other production duties as required

About you

• Previous spray painting experience is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
