Trainee Sealant Applicator

Location: Cumbernauld – Westfield

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sealant Applicator to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start a career in the construction industry. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress and increase earnings through price work once qualified.

Key Resposibilities

• Applying sealants (mastic) to a variety of sites including Private housing, Commercial buildings, Schools and units
• Following job schedules via an online diary system
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Requirements

• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
• Some construction experience preferred (not essential)
• Full UK driving licence or actively working towards obtaining one within 1 month
• CSCS card preferred
• Good time management and communication skills
