What you’ll be doing

  • Support clients by helping prepare renewal paperwork ahead of renewal dates.
  • Assist with incoming new business enquiries, helping to put together submissions and quotations with guidance from the team.
  • Help obtain and compare alternative quotes where appropriate, learning how to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Support the team with policy documentation, invoices, credit notes, and general administration to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Follow file management and compliance procedures, including FCA requirements, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Build positive working relationships with insurance companies as you develop your industry knowledge.

What you’ll need to have

  • Good organisational ability
  • Experience in obtaining information from clients via telephone & e-mail
  • Confident communications skills – both written & oral
  • Good negotiating skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
