Responsibilities

• As a trainee, you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim meat cuts.
• Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications.
• Work in a safe, clean working environment in line with current legislation.
• After training is completed, you will have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level.

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, items sold as alcohol, or driving roles.
