Trainee Advanced Care Practitioner – Band 6, Path to Band 7

Job Description

NHS Scotland in Borders General Hospital is seeking a trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (APP) Band 6. The role involves 34.5 hours per week with day/night rotation, delivering safe, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

The post includes support to gain an advanced practice qualification via QMU or Napier University; upon completion of levels 1 and 2, progression to Band 7 ANP is possible.
