Traffic Marshall
Job Description
This role offers an asap start in Dunfermline
The Role:
- Act as the key point of communication between drivers, plant operators and site teams
- Manage site entrances and exits, ensuring vehicles enter and leave safely
- Assist with vehicle manoeuvring and reversing operations
- Maintain safe separation between pedestrians, vehicles and moving plant
- Support with general site duties when traffic management is not required
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
- Report any hazards, incidents or unsafe practices directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor
- Work closely with HGV drivers, plant operators and groundworkers in a busy onsite environment
We’re Looking for:
Valid NPORS and CPCS qualifications are essential
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall, Banksman or Site Labourer
- Strong awareness of construction site health and safety
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge unsafe practices
- Experience directing HGVs, plant and site vehicles
