Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner: Alcohol Rehab & Slow-Stream

Job Description

HC-One Scotland is recruiting a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner to lead wellbeing activities in a specialist community focused on slow-stream rehabilitation for residents with alcohol-related brain damage.

You will drive assessment, planning and evaluation of personalised wellbeing plans, coordinate with the Triangulation Team, and support residents to engage in meaningful daily activities and life skills within a therapeutic care setting.
