Job Description

Extendicare is seeking a food service assistant to prepare and deliver meals for residents, guests and employees, following menus, production sheets and safety protocols.

You will review menus, serve meals attractively, assist with specialty diets, and complete daily temperature audits while maintaining budget guidelines.

The role requires physical ability to lift and stand for long periods, a valid Food Handler’s Certificate, and a clean background check.
