Pebbles Care Limited is seeking dedicated Cluster Residential Child Care Workers to join our team across a cluster of homes in the UK. The role involves 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours, with shifts across multiple locations and a rota pattern.

Training starts on day one, with induction and shadow shifts to learn the Pebbles Way and therapeutic care model. We offer a starting salary of £35,468.95 to £37,043.94 per annum, pro rata for part-time contracts, plus benefits.
