Job Description
Tesco Travel Money Advisor – Dunfermline. Hours per week: 20. Salary: £13.50 per hour + Monthly Bonus. Contract: Permanent, Part Time. This role offers an opportunity to grow, connect and make a real impact as a Travel Service Partner at Tesco Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex.
What the job involves
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and understand what matters most to each customer.
- Offer expert advice on travel money products and services.
- Process foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately.
- Work collaboratively to drive performance and celebrate success.
- Follow company processes and maintain detailed records to keep operations on track.
