Hours per week: 18 Salary: £13.50 per hour + Monthly Bonus Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Job Overview
At Tesco Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex, you will support customers with their travel money needs in one of our bureaus, delivering outstanding service and building relationships with each customer.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build relationships, delivering fantastic customer service
- Understand what matters most to each customer and help them with their travel money needs
- Apply training and offer expert advice on our products and services
- Process foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast paced environment
- Work with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
- Follow company processes and maintain attention to detail to keep everything on track
Qualifications
- A great communicator with a passion for customer service
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and create a fantastic experience
- Positive, can do attitude, willing to tackle challenges and make a difference each day
- Team player, eager to learn, grow and develop within the team
