Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Travel Money

Location: Coatbridge
Hours: 16 hours a week
Salary: £13.50ph
Contract: Permanent

As a Bureau Manager, you’ll lead a team in one of our busy bureaus, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time. What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, support and champion your team to deliver excellence every day.
  • Work towards KPI’s and deliver on targets.
  • Review data to drive performance and continuous improvement, celebrating success together.
  • Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits, and operates to our business standard operating procedures.
  • Work in a fast paced environment delivering fantastic customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
  • Apply training and offer expert advice on our products and services.
  • Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
