Term-Time School Kitchen Lead: Cook in Charge (14h)

Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Cook in Charge at Uddingston Grammar School to oversee a quality catering service. The role is 14 hours per week during term time, with pattern Wednesday and Friday, 7am to 2.30pm, and an hourly rate of £15.35-£15.54.

You will allocate duties, manage rotas, train staff, handle clerical and financial tasks, prepare meals, order goods, conduct quality audits and ensure food safety compliance, while communicating effectively and working with the team.
