Job Description
First Achieve’s global engineering client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Proposal Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for bid preparation
- Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis
- Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation
- Liaise with clients and suppliers for clarifications and quotations
- Maintain tender records and proposal databases
- Ensure all submissions comply with company standards and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tendering/proposal engineering
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/proposal software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Electrical / Mechanical industries
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with international standards and bidding processes
