- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably within a similar hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
