Job Description

Castle Employment Agency Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for an established manufacturing business just outside Scarborough on a temporary basis for around 4 weeks. The role is fully office-based, involving direct conversations with customers, capturing feedback, and recording responses accurately.

You will need confident touch-typing, a good telephone manner, and the ability to multitask across two computer systems.
