Key Responsibilities
- Handling Incoming/Outgoing Calls and Emails.
- Data Entry & Record Management.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Meeting & Logistics Support.
Skills and Experience
- Experience using D365 and MS Office (particularly Word & Excel).
- Great Attention to Detail.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Proactive and a quick learner.
