A leading Scotland-wide charity is seeking a proactive and proficient Data Analyst Administrator to support their fast-paced team on a temporary assignment. This position can be fully remote with occasional travel to Edinburgh, and they are looking for someone to start immediately.
Your new role
- Review final project reports to identify and extract relevant data and information aligned to agreed performance measures and indicators.
- Review internal systems for completed projects to ensure all required data and information have been accurately recorded.
- Examine project reports, assessing future delivery needs, potential scale of activity, estimated scope of work, and any additional funding sources involved.
- Check for duplicated data and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collate information on job creation and role support across all projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Good understanding of data and information management, with experience using these principles in practice.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and provide customer-focused service.
- Able to work flexibly, use initiative, and find creative solutions when needed.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
