Temporary Catering Assistant – Canteen Service & Prep

Job Description

Brightwork Limited, recruiting for our prestigious client in the Dalkeith area, seeks temporary full-time catering staff for client sites. Shifts are Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00 with some weekend work; duties include food preparation, simple cooking, temperature checks and service at hot plate and salad bar.

Ideal candidates will have catering experience and ideally a food hygiene certificate. The role also involves till work and kitchen cleaning in a busy canteen environment.
