Telecare Operations Hub Lead

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a flexible Hub Coordinator (Telecare Coordinator) to support a busy 24/7 Telecare service across the city. You will oversee emergency and support services, answer calls, assess urgency and coordinate responses, while line-managing a mixed-grades team and leading projects.

You will develop relationships with stakeholders, maintain confidential records, and participate in on-call duties. A PVG check and overseas checks where applicable are required.
