Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Manager to deliver technology change across the organisation in Scotland. You will manage a portfolio across Engineering, Operations, Business Systems, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Customer Solutions, driving initiatives from initiation to implementation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure governance, alignment with business objectives, and real measurable improvements in efficiency and
