Job Description

We have an opening for a Technical Support Engineer to join a global enterprise for a 6 month project.

The Role:

  • High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the Office suite of applications.
  • Experience with hardware issues and surface pro.
  • Intune
  • Azure Multi Factor Authentication
  • Citrix Workspace
  • iPhones
  • Surface Pro and Docking stations
  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills.

This project requires the successful candidate to work onsite.
