Job Description
We have an opening for a Technical Support Engineer to join a global enterprise for a 6 month project.
The Role:
- High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the Office suite of applications.
- Experience with hardware issues and surface pro.
- Intune
- Azure Multi Factor Authentication
- Citrix Workspace
- iPhones
- Surface Pro and Docking stations
- SharePoint knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
This project requires the successful candidate to work onsite.
