This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Lead Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, leading a team of skilled engineers while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.

The Role

As Technical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring engineering excellence across the contract by:

• Supervising and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers.
• Planning and coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Acting as the technical lead and primary point of contact for engineering service delivery.
• Ensuring SLA and KPI performance targets are consistently achieved.
• Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers.
• Promoting a strong health & safety culture and ensuring Safe Systems of Work are followed.
• Conducting toolbox talks, audits and workplace inspections.
• Supporting engineer development through coaching and training.
• Building strong working relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
• Deputising for senior management when required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a Technical, Engineering or Maintenance Supervisory role.
• A strong Electrical, HVAC or Building Services engineering background.
• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance within Facilities Management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
