Job Description

Gibson Recruitment Limited is seeking a TECHNICAL MANAGER in Glasgow to oversee the technical lifecycle of new build developments through both construction and post-construction stages.

You will own services, warranty sign-offs and contractor design elements while driving NHBC defect resolutions and asset adoptions, coordinating with architects, engineers and multi discipline teams to meet project timelines.
