Team Leader – Residential Care & Support Lead

Job Description

Capability Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Leader at Wallace Court in Elderslie to co-ordinate and supervise a team of Support Workers delivering high quality social care.

You will occasionally deliver direct care, including medication administration and personal care, while coaching and developing staff; the role offers 39 hours per week on a 4 week rota. The post requires strong leadership and excellent communication.
