Team Leader – Home Shopping (Requires applicant to be over 18)

Grangemouth

Employment Type

Part time, Contract (Permanent)

Shift Pattern

Monday 1pm to 10pm, Thursday 1pm to 10pm, Sunday 1pm to 10pm – 9 hour dayshift/backshift.

Pay

£13.71 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader you will play a key role in leading the day to day running of your department. You’ll support colleagues, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure customers receive the best possible service. This includes managing stock, supporting new starters, stepping in to solve problems, and delivering high standards while keeping your team motivated and focused.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a retail or customer facing environment
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and support others
  • Good communication skills and a can do attitude
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
