Job Description

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Grangemouth-based client on a full-time, permanent contract.

  • Permanent role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (with an early Friday finish)

About the role?

As a Team Leader within our client’s industrial division, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
  • Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting, and environmental response
  • Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits, and worksafe observations
  • Driving company vehicles, including towing equipment, and carrying out daily defect checks
  • Supporting efficient and safe project delivery across multiple sites

What we’re looking for?

To be successful, you’ll have proven team leadership experience along with:

  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
  • Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
  • Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b, and Forklift (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
