Team Leader, 24/7 Community Alarm & Care Services

Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council in Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to lead our Community Alarm Service, ensuring people can live safely, independently and with confidence in their own homes. The role supervises a 24/7 Technology Enabled Care and Response Service including responder services and community alarms.

The successful candidate will have substantial management experience within Care at Home or social care settings, with strong leadership, partnership working and change management skills.
