Key Responsibilities:
- Define and analyse complex problems within the radar domain
- Develop and optimise systems architecture
- Create and utilise synthetic environments for testing
- Conduct performance modelling to predict system behaviour
- Perform verification and validation to ensure system compliance
- Work on system of systems integration tasks
Job Requirements:
- Significant radar domain knowledge and experience
- Strong systems engineering skills
- Experience with digital signal processing, RF systems, or multi-sensor data fusion and tracking
- Familiarity with real-time data simulation and generation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and systems thinking
- Capability in defining issues and developing practical solutions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred
