Job Description

Swim Instructor (Bank) – Glasgow Giffnock – FWC Pool Ad hoc Part Time – up to £17.20 per hour depending on experience.

We are looking for a confident, approachable individual with strong communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons to our customers. The role is based at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites and operates on a banked, ad hoc schedule to suit both the business and your availability.

Qualifications

  • ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for swimming.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Deliver one to one lessons or group classes.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
  • Have a talent for teaching that meets people’s individual needs.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.
