Job Description

Forliving in Wishaw is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations & Development to lead day-to-day operations in supported living services. You will guide teams supporting people with learning and/or physical disabilities, ensuring care aligns with individual wishes and national standards.

You will coach staff, drive service improvement, and work with multi-agency partners to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining SOL values. 37 hours/week, permanent role with on-call duties.
