Job Overview
Our client, a community care provider based in Hamilton. Is currently recruiting for 6 Support Workers.
Their focus is caring and they can provide as much or little support as service users require. They strongly believe that you andyour family should be able tochoose what type of care you receive, for how long , and who should provide it. Theyare keen to be flexible to suit your needs, and as a smallservice you will see the same friendly, familiar faces oneach visit which we know is what you want.
They are currently seeking 6 caring and dedicated Support Workers to join their team. They will only accept applications from candidates with a driving licence and use of a car. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to service users mainly in the Hamilton area. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
- Medication assistance
- Overnight care stays
- 24 hour care

Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience etc
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of independence
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Work one weekend on and one weekend off
