Support Workers Wanted!
Search Healthcare is hiring passionate Support Workers and Recovery Coaches to join our dedicated team. We have full-time and part-time flexible work opportunities in and around Fife. If you have experience as a mental health support worker, I want to hear from you! (This position does NOT provide sponsorship and is only open to Scotland residents)
The Role:
- Knowledge and experience in supporting people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism
- Shift patterns including 9-5 weekdays and/or weekends, some sleepover shifts
- Support individuals with medication administration, daily living activities, social engagement, mobility, personal care, and emotional well-being
- Follow individual care plans while maintaining accurate records
- Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and MAPA standards
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK support role
- Current SSSC registration or ability to register
- A valid PVG
- Professional references covering at least 2 years of your most recent employment
