Requirement: Must be a car driver and have a UK Driving Licence however, not essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Workers role

- Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements for the Support Workers role
- Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential as full training is given.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
